Quantum server not recording

I have 2 VMS100 servers and 5 clients.  The one server won't record programs scheduled in the future.  It appears to record, but there are two separate recordings for a single show, and neither play.  The message "unabble to play, please try again later" appears.  When I reset the box, both recordings disappear.  Anyone else with this issue?  Called Verizon with issue, sent reset signal, seemed to work, but problem re-occurs again later.

Will they record at all? Make sure the vms has your recording package in it. menu>top support tools>self diagnostic>ok to run. Your recording option should be listed in the packages section.

Doens't record at all now, nor can I pause live TV, just freezes. 

 

Ran self diagnostics, EPG server failed, Widget server failed, Packages failed.  WAN also failed, but this is expected as I have wireless turned off on the verizon router, using speedier 80211ac access points. 

 

I was on the phone with Verizon support again last night, they're sending out another box.  But it appears the box isn't the issue?

Looks like your boxes don't have data. The guide data is how the boxes know when to record. Is the Verizon router working? If it is, is the lan coax light on?
