I recently upgraded to quantum tv because we record alot but ever since the dvr says to upgrade but when I try it says an subscription failure I have dvr subscription have called verizon and as yet no help and dvr still not working

What's the exsact message you are seeing?

Have never heard someone say they get this message.

Have you tried using support menu to reboot box?

nds like you need to call and speak to a level two.  Seems like problem on their end
