I am just confused between quick code 8803 and 8801
Is the TV showing " There is no technical issue with the service but call our quick code line to resolve a matter with account?" , than you have no choice but to call verizon.
If it says "This channel is currently unavailable ....etc...try removing power and co-ax from STB and connect co-ax back first and then power.
