Re-subscribing to Channels

Almost every time I turn on the TV, on the same channel or channels I've watched before, it asks me to re-subscribe to the channel. Going through an annoying process of checking boxes and subscribing for $0.00. Then having to wait 10 minutes for the channel to reload. How to I get this to stop? This is extremely frustrating when you turn on the TV to try to catch a a game.
