Ok I received the email and followed the link. It takes me to my verizon account but I have my account merged with my verizon wireless account so the first thing I see when i log in is my verizon wireless account. I than have to go to my residential fios account but I can not find anywhere to upgrade. Anybody have the same problem.

log in to your residential fios account where you can see the bill for it. and then try opening that link.
I can't find it anywhere. I looked all over. I received the email and everything but I can not find it anywhere. Am I going crazy?
