Recorded shows not showing on my STB

So I've recorded some shows on my dvr but when I go upstairs to the other STB, I get  "Multiroom DVR encountered a problem while accessing the data from the DVR box".

It advises me to unplug the STB and try again..

 

I've done that a few times but nothing changes.

 

Any help?

I contacted support via the online chat and they reset the box. Everything is fine now..
