Anyone else noticed their shows not on their DVR?  When I check the guide it's showing the red dot, like it's recording but when I check the DVR, nothing is there.  It's also scheduled a series recording of a show I do not watch and when I try to cancel, it's still showing as recording.  It only seems to be a problem with schduled recordings.

Hi jcann87,

Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums. Has this been an ongoing issue or did this just begin recently? We ask because you may have to simply unplug the box and plug it back in to resolve this. When you try to cancel a recording, are you receiving an error message of some sort? If so,what's the error message that's being given. Try power cycling the box by unplugging the power cord and plugging it back in and see if the issue persists afterwards.

It was just recently.  When I tried to cancel it wouldn't do anything.  It would bring me back to the guide screen still showing as recording.  But once I unplugged the issue was resolved.  Thanks.
