Red Light on HD Box

Hi everyone,

 

Has anyone else had a red light appear on their cable box and no picture showing up? I've tried unplugging and holding the power button but I can't even get it to turn off without unplugging it. Does anyone have experience with this or know how to fix?

It means it's recording something on DVR.
