Rented an old John Wayne movie "In Harm's Way". When I try to play it I get the red screen of death. This information screen tells me several things to do. tried all of them, and nothing still cant play. Also can not find any link or chat or email or phone number to connect with, in order to cancel the rental.
I have played many other movies, but this one will not play.
Who do I contact to remove the rental fee?
