Same here. Can't subscribe on channel. Tells me to call and get dropped or busy signal when I connect to adding products. Horrible customer service for a premium service during the start of football season. Hard to believe Verizon is not monitoring their own chats.
I tried to talk to someone in the chat help, and he said there is no tech help on the weekend. I said COX has tech help on the weekend, and should I just hang up the phone after being on hold for 2 hours......he cancelled the chat on me.
