In-Store or Curbside Pickup:
• Orders must be placed from 8 AM – 5 PM, Mon – Sat, and Sun before 2 PM (excluding holidays).
• We’ll email you when your order is ready for pickup. Your order will be held for 3 days from the time it's placed.
• Please bring photo ID and credit/debit card only if used as payment.
• In-Store Pickup is available across the U.S. at participating Verizon Wireless stores.
• Curbside Pickup available at select stores.
• Same-day delivery is available in select areas.
• If same-day delivery is available for your order, you’ll be able to choose that option at checkout.
The remote was working fine but now the volume & power buttons don't work. The red light on the remote lights up when we push the power & volume controls, they just don't do anything on the tv anymore. We re-programmed the remote with the tv but it didn't help.
Check to see if your remote is bad, one way to do this is take your cell phone camera and hold it in front of the remote and press a button on the remote while looking at the camera and see if you see a light in the front of the remote. The remote transmits a IR light which cant be seen by the human eye but cameras do see it. This works for all IR remotes.
