Remote DVR Manager needs re-activation

Attempting to get my remote dvr manager working.  A few weeks back I tried activating & was told(via email) that I needed to reset my router.  Didn't get to it until recently.  I have the router reset, but I'm still getting that message on the website that says it should be working in 24 hours.  Its been about a week now.  I think I need some sort of re-activation.  Please advise.

Sorry to hear about your repeated attempts at getting this corrected. I tried remapping the ports to correct this and it wasn't corrected. I have created a ticket to have this addressed on the back end. I have provided your home phone for the contact information so keep an ear out for phone calls that will be from an unfamiliar number and be sure to answer 🙂 . Thanks for your patience in the meantime.
