Remote DVR not working on one DVR

I have 3 DVR's and setup remote DVR yesterday.  Two of the DVRs became listed as remote DVR activated and seem to be working fine.  The third is listed as a DVR under "my setop boxes" but will not configure for remote DVR.  I have checked the settings on the box and remote DVR is activated.  I have powered the DVR off and on.  I have disabled remote DVR and re-enabled it with no success.  Any suggestions on how to get it to recognize the third DVR?
