Remote DVR

Message 1 of 2

I have a blackberry with the FIOS app loaded and an I-touch with the FIOS app loaded.

It appears that I can only use one of these devices at a time to remotely manage my dvr. When I register the I-touch the Blackberry is not able to connect to it.  When I register the BB the I-touch cannot connect to it.

Am i doing something wrong or does the DVR only allow a single remote device to connect to it?

Hi jumpin68ny, you weren't doing anything wrong, "only one device can be used at a time to program your astb". So if you wanted to switch to different phones you would have to re register that one. Here's the userguide for Remote DVR if you have any other questions about it :  http://www36.verizon.com/fiostv/web/Userguide/fiosTVremoteDVRv6.pdf
