Tried code 331. Followed the instructions and the other tips from support. Only button not working is TV on/off. Ideas?

Tried ok button with star key. Then held TV button until tv turned off. Thought I won. Nope. Wouldn't turn back on. After manual turn on, TV button not working. {word filter avoidance}.
