Recently, we've begun to have problems with our remote. Specifically, the Power Button and the "Fios TV" button remain illuminated for several seconds regardless of what we were trying to do. Thereafter, it seems like we either have to wait for the remote to start responding or we have to take the batteries out, pop them back in and wait for it to respond when we press a button...Any thoughts?

When I experienced this it was time to change the batteries. That solved the issue.
