Have been having ongoing problems with my remote. I can only scroll briefly in the guide before it freezes. I notice that the lights on the remote don't work when things freeze. I have to wait 1-2 minutes, but seems like infinity, to be able to use the remote to again have it freeze immediately. I have changed the batteries but this does not make a difference. Can I get a new remote? What should I do?
