Remote functions not working

Certain functions not responding, but it doesn't appear to be a problem with the remote

DVR button just shows program info for current channel; doesn't access the DVR
Menu button says "unable to launch Main Menu. Try again later"
On Demand button says "We are temporarily unable to stream your OnDemnd selection. Try again later"

Appears to be a FIOS issue, but they said not. Anyone else have this problem? Thnks.
