Remotes not working

Message 1 of 3

Two out of our three Verizon remotes are not functioning properly anymore after about three years of service. Buttons are sticking, buttons need to be pressed hard to execute commands etc. etc. Replacing batteries has not helped.

Is it possible to get the remotes replaced by Verizon?

Thanks!

Hi, yes Verizon will replace them. You can call 888-553-1555 option 2 and request replacements.

Thanks! Just called and they are sending me one at no charge. I guess it is a courtesy replacement, as the second will cost 10-15 bucks. Well..., at least I have one on the way.

But... Again... I absolutely HATE it when I have to call Verizon!!! Their phone system is by far the most ridiculous I have ever experienced!!! Therefore I try to call them as few times as possible...
