Remove My Widgets?

Using the FIOS TV Widget tool,  I can't seem to remove widgets I added to "My Widgets".  I am able to add widgets by highlighting the widget, hit options then select "Add to My Widgets".   If I try the same procedure on widgets already in My Widgets there is no option to remove from My Widgets.

I'd like to know the same thing. It seems like such an easy thing should be available. If they didn't make any way to undo it, that would be pretty dumb.

Me too ... I have a widget (TMZ) added to My Widgets that crashes my 6200-2 everytime I try to start it (box resets and reboots).  I'd really like to dump it from my shortcuts so I don't keep accidentally tripping on it.

Remove them from the all widgets screen, not the my widgets screen.
