I had fios tv hd extreme with 1 multi room dvr and 3 hd boxes installed last SAT....multi room dvr was defective wouln;t even turn on day after it was installed after unpluging

anyway got a new on in mail activated it and its working fine so far...but the old multi room dvr still shows up as active in the actiontec router page and under web dvr which is messing everything up for the web dvr...it keeps freezing b/c it searches for the old box and eventually says cant establish connection with it but takes forever....so how can i get this old box totally removed from the web dvr page...espesically b/c it still says activated which scares me for when the bill comes

I tried refresh box status on web dvr, unplugged actiontec for over 10 min no go

Try unplugging the outgoing (to TV) coax feed, then shut off and unplug the router. wait about 30 seconds to make sure all power is discharged then plug the router back in. Reattach the coax. The router should be reset and autoconfigure.
