One of my remotes is not working, no lights, nothing works. Tried changing the batteries but still nothing. I have used batteries from a remote that worked with no success. Remote from other TV's work fine so it has to be the remote.
How do I go about requesting a new remote?

My wife went to the VZ repair center and they not only replaced a flaky remote they gave her an extra one 🙂
