I have 4 set top boxes - 2 HD and 2 SD. In my router console page I only see 2 out of my 4 set top boxes under COAX connections. Any ideas? I've tried the usual - re-setting box and even re-setting the router. Still only showing 2 coax connected devices.

Reboot the router one more time, and then when the internet light comes back - go into the menu for any set top box and do the auto correct feature
Menu > customer support > in home agent > Set top box auto correction

Worked perfectly.
After over an hour on the phone with a Fios rep yesterday, ended in scheduling a Tech visit which I just cancelled thanks to this post.
