On the new Quantum TV service there is a problem with the stretch setting.
Using Settings -> Audio & Video -> Video Settings -> SD Override -> Off.
This works for awhile after the setting is changed. Then after the TV/STB is off the settind goes back to the default "Stretch".
Don't know how to report this to Verizon so reporting it to the forum.
