STB does not auto switch apect ratio

Hi all, Just got FIOS today with HD media DVR, (moto 6416-2). Service guys were great and set up the STB to automatically switch between HD and SD "stretch". But since I have been

playing around with the aspect ratio, now I have to manually switch it everytime I go back and forth. Tried to manually configure the STB but it won't let me into the menu. Lesson learned,

don't play with the settings. But does anyone have an answer? Thanks

With the Set top box and TV turned on press Power, Select and Menu in succession that will give you access to change the aspect ratio.
