I can not reset one box in my home. Had a power failure and the other boxes reset just fine. The problem box is flashing letters and can not control by using the buttons on the box or remote . The time does not show at all.. any suggestions out there?
Pull The Plug, Give it a 10 Count, and plug back in.
If it still won't come back then it's time to give Verizon a Call.
