Scheduling Channels in HD to Record

Our DVR will not record shows on HD channels. SD channels record correctly. Thoughts?

I haven't heard of this happening before. To fix this press menu, then go to CUSTOMER SUPPORT, then IN HOME AGENT, then SET TOP BOX AUTO CORRECTION. Please let us know if further assistance is required.
