Got a new 7232 for self install. Plugged it all in and went out to run errands.
Came back and everything appeared to work ok. Guide is fine. Have all my channels. The DVR works.
But in the evening I tried On-Demand, and I get a "In order to start service for this device please call 888-553-1555, etc" error message.
Left it over night, and same error message. When I try to play some cartoon from on-demand for the kids, the cartoon will actually play but the message is laid over the top!
For anything in HD, I just get the error message and nothing else.
Please help
