Set-Top Box - Living Room is not responding.

Hi,
I exchanged my set top box recently after Verizon suggested to do so because of changes in channel programming.
Now, whenever I try to set up a recording online, I get the message "Set-Top Box - Living Room is not responding.". I tried to unplug and replug the set top box, no change.
I tried to search for solutions and at least some of these solutions seem to require some changes in setup / address mapping. Is there a way how to resolve this issue?

Try the "Fix FIOS TV issues" and the "Auto-fix MRDVR Issues" in Menu>>Customer Support>>In Home Agent.
