On my Motorola QIP 2500-3 Standard Def Box I am getting no data in the guide. I have re-booted this, and gone through the on line re-set of this Box. The internet options on that one box indicate that the network is done and that is why it has no data. I have checked all of the connections and they appear fine. I have rebooted the router and that has not worked. All of my other boxes receive data just fine. Not sure what else I can do to diagnose this problem. Any help would be appreciated.

That is good that you have already rebooted the box and the router. Most people don't realize the program guide information is sent through the router. You are one step ahead of the game. There is a diagnostic that you can run on the box itself that may correct this. Press menu, then go to CUSTOMER SUPPORT, then IN HOME AGENT, then SET TOP BOX AUTO CORRECTION.
