My STB died. They could not remorely fix it.
I had to drive 40 minutes to exchange it. New box does not work.
Phone number given to "self install" does nothing. Automated voice refers to install card instructions that wer NOT given
We are nearing the tipping point here.......I have been with Verizon for 20 years and have been punished by being charged more than new customers ........and now the actuall product (fiosTV ) doesnt work. What am I paying close to $200 a month for?
