I do not have the "NEVER" option. Verizon wants my STB to go off after 4 hours come hell or high water. It must be a "Green" thing. It is very irritating when it goes off when your watching a program. I have a mentally challenged guest that visits often and he cant use the remote. When the STB goes off he get very upset.

As far as i know its on all the boxes that have a shut down option.  What box and what IMG level.
