I had Fios installed in my new apartment on 3/1/2018. Since it was installed (of course right after the technician left) the set top box will randomly reboot every so often. Sometimes it two hours, sometimes its 15 minutes between reboots. 

 

I've been sitting on hold on the phone for hours trying to speak to someone about it. Any technical support through the My Fios app or through the automated message just tells me rebooting should fix it. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
