Is anyone else having a problem with their HD set top box resetting itself every morning when the set is first turned on? This happened a few weeks ago, I reported it and they said they were working on it. It stopped for a few weeks, but now it is doing it again. Very annoying? It happened after an electric storm this time.
Sorry to hear you are having troubles with it resetting. Have you tried the auto correct to the box? Please press menu, then go to CUSTOMER SUPPORT, then IN HOME AGENT, then SET TOP BOX AUTO CORRECTION. Please let us know if further assistance is required.
