Verizon replaced my HD DVR set-top box. Self installation and set-up went without a hitch. Now I'm trying to re-create my channel favorites but get the message "Set-Top Box - Living Room is not responding" when trying to do this. What do I need to do in order to get this to work? Help!
Edited to add: Menu/Settings/System/Set-Top box/Set-Top Box Name. I tried to refresh the name to Living Room but was told it's in use and to select another name. So I chose Den and saved it. Then, I went to TV listings and tried again to create a favorites list. The only set-top name available is Living Room. Where's Den?!? Of course, I can't save to Living Room (because it's not responding) and I can't save to Den because it's not an option.
