Several HD Channels Have Never Worked

Several HD channels have never worked.

690, 752. There are others.

I've contacted VZ but all they do is reset the box and say it's fixed.

As a test I connected my STB directly to the ONT with about 6 feet of coax. Still same problem.

The ONT is VERY OLD. It came with the house I bought. Could it be the ONT?

Any hints?

What kind of STB are you using? Some of the older boxes (Motorola 6 series) can't handle MPEG4 signals. If it is not that, how old are your splitters? If the ONT is old maybe the splitters are old and cannot handle today's signals.

Do you get any messages on STB for channel?

Do you have more than 1 STB? If so, do they all have the same issue.

Do the channels not work at all or is it just intermittent pixelation? Because if it's the latter it's a very difficult issue to fix and they most likely will not want to try and fix it.
