Severe pixelation!

Does anyone else have this issue?


About a week ago, we started getting severe pixelation on several channels. It has gone to the point of being unwatchable.


The audio is garbled and the video is constantly scrambled.

HD versions of the channel seem to be the worst.

It has now started to spread to other channels, but not as bad. All tvs have the issue and are hardwired to the router.

I'm not having any issues.  Sounds like you're having equipment failures.  Check and make sure all your coax connections are tight.  If that doesn't fix the problem, a call to Verizon is a goo d idea.

If it is happening on all STBs start near the ONT and work your way to the first splitter. Make sure connections are tight and there is no corrosion. If you can not find the issue you will need a service call.

It was happening on one of our boxes, I changed cable and HDMI cable and it was still there.  Then I swapped out the box with a known good box and problems went away.  Verizon brought out a new box.
