Should I have all the HD Channels

I've had FIOS TV for about a month.  Tonight I just got an HDTV from my sister.

I tried to go to Discovery HD and it told me I wasn't subscribed.  The TV is hooked to a DVR so I know I have an HD receiver.

I can get the Local HD channels but not the higher channels.

I thought HD was included in my package.  I logged into my account and even tried to upgrade but there wasn't even an option to do so.

Do I have to call someone or maybe go into the STB and turn something on.

thanks

Yea I just found that page.  It looks like I have to fork out 10 more bucks a month.

The above link shows the current packages. The essential package only has the local HD channels.

To get all other HD channels, you need to get the Extreme HD package and/or subscribe to the premium channels(such as HBO) as you get the corresponding HBO HD channel.

It appears you only have the essentials package.
