Slow TV Weeks

Message 1 of 11

The next 2 to 4 weeks are slow on TV. I only have like 2 or 3 things set to record on my DVR. And due to the small DVR HDD size I have to make sure I watch everything fast so I don't run out of room. The down side, the next few weeks, there is nothing for me to watch. So I guess my plans are to bust out some of my Blu-Ray/HD-DVDs and just watch movies.

What's everyone else plan on doing during the slow TV winter weeks?

(I think one thing this forum is missing is more open discussions about stuff.)

If there's nothing on and nothing recorded I often opt for the most unusual coice - THE OFF SWITCH Smiley Very Happy

Happy Holidays to all

Well, I don't describe it as slow, there will be plenty of football to watch!

See, I don't watch sports, so to me its slow. No new primetime shows.

November & December are probably my two busiest months for TV. With all the award shows and year-end recaps and Christmas specials and movies. I'm recording like crazy.

Bad Santa is the best holiday movie ever. Its a tradition in my house. A new one, but have watched it every Christmas since it came out. Just got it on HD-dvd last year.

Bad Santa is a Movie? I thought bad santa was refering to ALL those cheezy santa-clay-mation-tim-taylor-style christmas type shows.
