Just got fios installed seems like the sound will not stay on if you change to differnet channels. it is inconsistant.
Custoemr support reboot box and we got new HDMI cable. still does not work on Vizio TV
Any help?? Anyone? seems difficult tto get any assistance from verizon Customer service

it still could be an issue with the cable though. i've run into an audio problem once, couldn't figure out what was wrong, didn't even consider the cable because it was new ... ended up the new cable was indeed bad.
