Stolen Cable Box

My roommate unexpectedly left a few months ago. She took our second cable box and remote. The bill is my name not hers. We are taking her to court to get the stolen items or money back. Can you please tell me what the cost of the items?

 

Also if I have a record that the box is stolen will I still be charged when we end our services?
