Actually The sound problem is not gone...  spanish language hasn't changed anything.

We just signed up for The Fios and we do not have sound on some channels.  It is so annoying especially that we pay for that channel almost 20 bucks!

I remember that my cousin had The same problem about 3-4 years ago and he fixed it wit The setting on The hidden menu, Power+menu+select (L-PCM). The menu is not user menu changeable, you can view it, not change it.

I have no idea how to fix it anymore.

So mad that I actually went for The Fios, should go with The dish...

The problematic channel is 1776, New Jersey.

I have Called Verizon and they sent me out a new box hooked up the new box and still no sound thru HDMI cable from the Cisco DVR box I have tried everything that any message board has said and still nothing.  Now they are sending out a technician tomorrow and we will see what they have to say, if they don't fix it tomorrow I am switching over to comcast.  I am so sick and tired of getting the run a round theses people on the phone say the same **bleep** thing.
