The home server went down on 2/9 at 12:30pm. No phone, no TV, no Internet. Called Verizon......it will be repaired by 7pm. Called at 8pm..........it will be repaired by 10pm. Wife called at 9pm..............oh, we knew that was going to happen yesterday, it's not your equipment the problem is with us, it will be up by 7-10am. It is now 4:15pm and still no service.
After sales service? Customer communication honesty?
