The audio and video on TNT and TBS are slightly out of sync. It has been like this for many months for me. Anyone else have this experience?
I just checked 551 and 552 and they both seem fine, no lag or out of synch here in South Jersey.
I thought I was crazy. It seems to be out of synch on different channels at different times. (NYC)
try an auto correction - click menu > customer support > in home agent > set top box auto correction.
select the box that is having trouble and let the system correct it. see if that helps.
I have been doing reset on my DVR box for wks. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.
Just frustrating when I call and they make me thnk there is no prob. and I don't know what
I am talking about.
