I have the Premiere 4 and it works very well.
The only problem I have had is with Verizon Techs themselves.
Either they are complete **bleep** or are instructed not to help with Cablecards.
I had not HBO or Sportspack for 3 weeks.
Finally I had posted on DSL reports (Verizon Direct) all my information and they had it fixed it 2hrs.
**bleep**, I don't get it but I am very happy with my Tivo and Tivo mini 🙂
