I've been trying to get this fixed for WEEKS now, everynight I come home to watch literally the only 2 channels that I watch, and on both TVs it just doesn't work. I had a ticket open with Verizon, they never came when they were promised, the second appointment, not even a phone call they were just a no show, then they finally showed up randomly on the weekend, it was out of state helpers during the strike, they did absolutely nothing.
The problem still occurs every...single...night. I don't know why I am still paying for this service. I just called and I can't even get a rep because of high call volume? Are you freaking kidding me? I will make it a priority now to get rid of this service if I don't get any assistance. Don't leave your customers stranded.
Here are some videos of the problem, put me in touch with real tech support, I am done unplugging boxes and doing debugging for you. Get out to my home and fix the problem or cancel my plan (which I tried to tonight but can't even get a rep).
I am extremely busy with work, you guys made me take off 2 days already with no shows, did nothing and the problem still exists. Not even a follow up to see if by you doing nothing helped to fix the problem.

Have you tried checking coax connections? Start at ont and make sure everything is tight.
Do that up to last splitter before you get to TVs.
