In the past few weeks, my TV signal will frequently freeze, pausing on a certain scene and then catching up after a few moments.  Sometimes the audio will freeze, as well, causing a loud noise.  I've had FiOS for about three years and this is the first time I've experienced this. 

 

I've tried resetting the set top box with the in home agent with no success.  The frequency of the freezing seems to go up during prime time.  Episodes recorded with the DVR freeze as well, always freezing at the same moment in the recording, so it's a problem with the feed not with the set top box.  On Demand programming plays fine.   I'm thinking this is caused by my neigherbood overloading the local system....

 

In addition, the FiOS internet, which used to be rock-solid with no connection problems for months at a time, cuts out multiple times a day and then will just come back randomly, again resetting the router seems to have no effect.  

 

Any suggestions?  Thanks!
