I have been struggling bad picture, pixelation for more than 10 days on 1770(TV Japan), Bloomberg(104). Live chat can not solve at all. I pay $25/mo for TV Japan. This problem happen every spring and struggle entire April. It means no technical improvement has been seen last few years by Verizon FiOS!! The only improvement has been seen on money collecting.
Let me ask support team of VZ. How you guys address the issues and how you priotize them? Is it first-come first served or popularity or color or somethingelse? And how did you catch the problem? is is based on customer's claim or do you have anymonitoring system?
