TV One and Logitech Harmony

Upgraded to FIOS TV One boxes a couple of months ago (Arris VMS4100 main box and Arris IPC 4100 satellite boxes). I'd read that the codes were the same as prior Fios Motorola boxes and despite FIOS One remotes having some bluetooth commands, Harmony remotes worked fine.  Unfortunately my Logitch Harmony One wouldn't work properly with these boxes. I upgraded remove to a Harmony Elite but it has same problems. Same problems with both Harmonies and both types of set top boxes.

Set top boxes are receiving every command from Harmonies (light on front of box flashes) but not processing properly. No issues with other components. Harmony remotes will power on boxes and a few buttons and screen commands work properly (Exit button and up/down arrows work) but other buttons either have no effect (rewind, pause, ffwd, OK, Last - even though light on front of box flashes) or have the wrong effect (Ch up/down brings up info bar).

Appears that hard buttons (OK, rewind, pause, ffwd) on Harmonies are not programmable, so I can't 'teach' commands from FIOS remote. FIOS remote works fine.

Logitech support has been unable to help (we've tried various versions of the VMS4100 and similar boxes as devices to no avail). They've asked me to get the pronto hex codes for the VMS4100 from Verizon but Verizon says they cannot provide them. Any ideas/suggestions would be much appreciated - thanks in advance!

Has anyone figured out how to get the harmony remote to work with the Arris ipc4100 box??

Does the remote have the latest firmware? I use a 950 and an Ultimate One on IPC4100's with no issues.

Was this question ever answered? I am having the same issue verizon vms4100 box with a harmony 650 remote. I updated my harmony remote with the new set top box. The back button isn't responding to the command even though the box light says the signal is received. It seems the back button is the only function not working properly. The remote worked on my previous dvr box.
