I'v been a loyal customer since 2011. I've payed probably over $1000 in equipment rental fees alone. And you want to charge me $15 to replace a 4-year old worn out remote? 

That seems ludicrous.

Your right. It sucks that they need to sell what they use to give away for free. Things like this

can make it hard hard for for the people that dont take advantage.  At least you know where you can get one cheaper!
